    Frank Decembrino is the CEO at Clubhouse Partners, where he leads the design and implementation of elite-level training systems across the organization’s nationwide network of youth baseball and softball programs. A proven innovator, coach, and operator, Frank brings over 20 years of experience in player development, facility strategy, and program leadership.

    At Clubhouse, Frank oversees the overall business execution, program acquisition standards, and instructional methodology that power the Clubhouse approach to athlete growth—from early skill acquisition through college-level preparedness.

    Prior to joining Clubhouse, Frank held a national leadership role at a major youth sports organization, where he was responsible for identifying, acquiring, and launching more than 20 training facilities across the United States. His deep understanding of both the real estate and operational sides of youth sports has made him a key figure in scaling high-performance environments without compromising program quality or athlete experience.

    Frank was the founder and creator of Quickball, a nationally recognized youth development system that reimagines the way introductory baseball is taught. Quickball. His innovation has been adopted by leagues, schools, and nonprofits across the country and continues to impact tens of thousands of young athletes.

    With a unique blend of coaching credibility, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial vision, Frank Decembrino plays a critical role in shaping the future of Clubhouse Partners—and youth baseball at large.

  • David Amaro

    David Amaro is the Chief Strategy Officer of Clubhouse Partners, where he leads strategic planning, program development, and long-term growth initiatives across the organization’s national network of elite youth baseball and softball programs. With a lifelong commitment to the game and deep roots in the Philadelphia baseball community, Dave combines baseball insight, operational acumen, and cultural leadership to elevate every program under the Clubhouse umbrella.

    A respected coach, mentor, and organizational builder, David has spent decades developing players who have gone on to compete at the highest levels of college and professional baseball. As a founding force behind the Philly Bandits, Dave created one of the most successful and enduring youth baseball programs in the region, with a 30+ year track record of excellence, character-building, and exposure for student-athletes.

    In his role at Clubhouse, Dave focuses on unifying program standards across teams and facilities, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring that each acquired or affiliated program remains true to its roots while benefiting from Clubhouse’s shared infrastructure. His expertise spans coaching systems, curriculum design, recruiting support, and parent engagement—ensuring that the Clubhouse model is not only scalable, but sustainable.

  • Ryan Caplan

    Ryan Caplan is the Chairman and COO of Clubhouse Partners, where he leads corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisitions across a rapidly growing national platform of elite youth baseball and softball organizations. A proven entrepreneur and operator, Ryan brings decades of leadership experience building high-growth companies, scaling operational platforms, and executing strategic exits.

    Before launching Clubhouse, Ryan successfully raised over $50 million in venture capital across multiple ventures and led AI-startup Coldlight Solutions from launch through a $100M+ exit—demonstrating a rare ability to take early-stage ideas through scale and successful exit. He now applies that same discipline and vision to transforming the youth sports ecosystem.

    Ryan is also a co-founder of On The Radar Sports, an innovative AI-powered recruiting platform that empowers student-athletes and the coaches and counselors who support them.
